Together they have created some Weimaraner magic with the tales of their adventures.
Well, Bob Wolff graciously sent us a copy of his children’s books featuring his Weimaraner, Cody. I assure you that our granddaughter loved the book, but she was adlibbing because she doesn’t read yet. I want to give you a link to Bob’s books–you might never have heard about them. What could be better than a book that features a Weimaraner?
Thank you, Bob, for sharing your fabulous adventures with us. We hope some of our Weimaraner fans will want to snag a copy for their bookshelf, too!
~Our Silly, Happy Boy
Audrey and I want to share a short video and photo of our silly Dasher . He will be two in August , and is happy , healthy and super energetic, especially if there is a frisbee or day involved. Imagine that!
We could not be happier to have him in our family and owe you and Cliff a debt of gratitude. He’s perfect!
Have a wonderful summer.
We will with our Dash!
Audrey & Dave
We remember all too well our early conversations and the pondering of which pup you might end up getting. In the end, apparently, we got it right. We could not be happier to hear you and your Dash are delighted with each other.
~Celebrating Maizie’s Birthday
Name That Tune
Maizie has always been a teaser! Here she is “talking” to us and trying to get our attention to play with her!🤣
The second video is the reaction to this video by my sister’s dogs in Texas as they watched/listened on her iPad!
~White Elephant Gifts and All
On Saturday 12/8 Chester and I went to our local Weimaraner playdate for a Christmas party.
We did a White elephant gift exchange for the doggos. Chester just loved his plushy moose he got, he will not put it down. He cant wait until the next playdate when he gets to see his friends again.
How exciting that you can take advantage of Bill and Nancy’s hospitality. For those that don’t know, there is a group in Salem (and the surrounding area) that gather once a month for a playdate. Bill and Nancy have two OwyheeStar Weims–Luna and Tikka. We thank them for all they do for the Weimaraner.
Costumes and pumpkins, and thoughts of candy float through the air. It is that time of the year. Some people like this holiday better than any other. We are not sure what that says about a person–maybe they are super fun-loving. Remember to keep your Weimaraner safe. They are opportunistic, and there will be lots of candy, little plastic bits, and other temptations. It is a good time to keep your eyes peeled, and to make sure things are put away when all is done. Here is a great link to check out on keeping your Weimaraner safe! Click Here!
By no means is this every Halloween Photo we have ever received. If ever, there is time to go through all your photos, maybe we can get a Halloween photo folder. For now, this is a taste of now, and a bit of the past……..
