~She is adjusting well
Here is a story I thought you would appreciate. Saturday me and My girlfriend Samantha took our puppy to Lowe’s to get some supplies and ran into a gentleman (the name I forgot) who have a beautiful almost 2-year-old blue male Weimaraner named Kota (Dakota) I’m assuming?
He explained he got his dog from you as well and that he got one of the blue males from the same litter as our little girl! Small world! Meanwhile, Athena is having a lot of good experiences beyond the crate training I mentioned last time we spoke.
Also, this link (click here) might be of interest as I am sure she was the main reason we made the news! 2 segments at that!
Hey Nick–we appreciate the cute photos. We are glad that you were able to connect again with Koda’s & Mylo’s family–I am sure you have a playdate in the works. Maybe you didn’t realize it, but yesterday’s blog featured the two Blue boys belonging to the gentleman you met at Lowes.
We hope you will stay in touch–and that your training continues to unfold in an excellent manner. Thanks ever so much for this lovely update.
~With Chester in Oregon
Chester has been helping Mama wrap presents and when I say help, but I mean stealing all the presents and trying to run away with them. Luckily I have caught him before the presents are ruined. I think Chester is worried he is on the naughty list because he has decided to bark at my Santa on the mantel then proceed to run away. He brings me so much joy and laughter. Brandon and I both love him so much! Happy holidays!
We are ever so thankful to you folks–and happy for Chester.
Santa–well maybe we can consider that a fat guy dressed in red who suddenly appears to stare at Chester, is a bit disconcerting. Where did he come from? He wasn’t there before. And he just stares at me with those twinkly eyes, Mom. What’s up with that?
Hi there! I finally got some pics of G2 in the field. They were taken on a recent duck hunt with my dad and I. The other dog you see is my dad’s lab Toby. G2 and Toby are like brothers they get along and hunt together so well.
Breeder’s Note: We know it is no small thing for a hunter to take the time to get field photos. When you are hunting, (unless you have a Go-pro, or something like that) your attention is focused in another direction. We appreciate John’s effort to show their success, and how the sport of hunting brings their family together.
