Thought I’d send you some update photos of Memphis! Can’t thank you enough for this incredible addition to our family!
Thank you, for thinking of us –we cannot be happier that you shared these moments in time, and that you love Memphis.
~Our Sweet and Beautiful Blue Girl
Astra is so beautiful, loving and funny –she has a trainer pick her up three days a week to work through her fears and then they go on a big hike out in McMinnville on Wednesdays.
On the weekends we take her to the dog park and the beach. Thank you for our baby.
Thank you–we appreciate the update and all you do with and for her.
~ Foster and Duchess Napping
Poor Duchess! Guess an evening nap is in order!
Honestly, in light of all that has occurred in the last couple of weeks–we all need to escape. Sometimes a nap is the best way. So very happy that Foster and Duchess can tuck in tight–safe from the world’s craziness.
~Working to Become our best together
Astra is doing good and we love our snuggle bug she is still in training. She is fearful of strangers runners and bicyclists but she is doing better.
We taught her to swim and she loves it she wags her tail while she swims. And we still love hanging out at the beach. Thank you for our baby. ~ Tanya
Keep up the great work. It is so great that Astra swims–all Weimaraners can swim. Not everyone accomplishes the swim, however, but we would love it if they did. Weims can be wonky. I was going to write about this trait, but maybe I will just throw that out there and let everyone mull that thought over. (Haha)
~ Between Duchess and Diesel
Here is my great nephew enjoying the kids, Duchess got up since I reached for my phone. I told Christopher that he was a ‘Christopher’ sandwich with Weim bread, as a very loving 9 year old, he giggled and said “send a picture to my mom.”
Foster wasn’t too happy his best buddy was enjoying the company of another human but sleep in and this happens!
Well–I can understand your son (Foster) finding his cousin sandwiched thinking someone was being disloyal. (Haha) These two typically sandwich him–even though Duchess is your baby girl.
~AKA My Snuggle Bug
I just wanted to give you an up date on Astra. My snuggle bug has almost grow into her feet, learned how to swim and she loves it and sit stay shake go to bed roll over and play dead and heel she loves walks with mommy and daddy she loves her daycare and playing with pups.we just love her so much
We are delighted to learn that things are going well with Astra. She swims, does tricks, and snuggles. What a girl. Thanks for remember us!
~Camping with Duchess & Co
We made a quick trip up to Goose Lake while our house was being shown this weekend. Duchess was a natural except she doesn’t like it when the cattle walk through our camp-that got her riled up, I wasn’t a fan either!
No fish were caught to Foster’s dismay, but all and all it was a good overnight trip despite the rain and cow pies at least they slept on the way home!
You know how we love seeing the Weims participate in family fun. Camping looks to be exhausting. (Haha) Thank you — for getting us this news that makes a lovely blog post. It is truly appreciated.
~Rabies shot day!
She is waiting patiently. After our shot we went to Lowe’s and Foster made a comment “people are sure a lot nicer when you have a dog!” Lol!
Duchess got a lot of attention from other customers AND treats from the checker at the store so even though she was a little shy she had a positive experience.
~ And Water, Too!
Diesel is so into the ball! He loves the water retrieve. Oh, and by the way, Duchess did well in the water too!
As always, my boy Foster is in the mix. He and the Weims–they are pretty much my life.
Yes, Duchess who is about six-months old now also swam. She loves the water. She is a natural.
We wish you lovely summer weather–and lots of opportunities to enjoy the water as well as the sunshine this summer.
~She’s Getting Bigger
She is our little girl and we love her with all our hearts. She loves the back yard and caught her first frisbee midair she loves playing ball , jumping into the hammock with mom. Her favorite thing in the yard is the fountain it is three tier and she likes the bottom she will drink water out of it and let all the water run down her face we now call it the dog wash.
It sounds like Miss Astra is doing well. The fountain thing is a hoot. Thanks for the share–we all enjoyed it.
