The OwyheeStar Weimaraner News Blog
For as long as I can remember, there has been a blog post each morning. It would not have been possible without our clients sending me photos and writing something to go with them. I am contemplating the OwyheeStar Weimaraner News Blog’s future–getting enough material for 365 posts is becoming an issue.
Many people post about their OwyheeStar Weim on their FaceBook Page or make a direct post here. I’m not particularly eager to cut back, but it seems I need to do precisely that. Every morning there is a very personal post (I call it a ‘ditty’) on the OwyheeStar Weimaraner Page–which is different than this group. If that interests you, you could follow me there.
I think, for the time being, I will post randomly–when I have something. And then we will see where this leads. I sincerely hope you understand that it can take a considerable amount of time to prepare the daily blog, even with client information. I love doing it, but as Cliff says, I am doing too much. I need to focus on the puppies and our clients as much as possible.
For everyone who made these posts possible, I am ever so grateful.

I am ever so grateful for your blog posts. You and Cliff are angels in the work you do, and how wonderfully you educate and communicate with all of us. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Dale
Shela, I love the daily posts so much! They have been a daily part of my life since February 28, 2012—with the litter of pups from Livee and Blue. I understand your stress of not having enough material. I will look forward to each new blog post—whenever they appear! Well done!
Linda❤️
we love you d we love your posts…..
I think my comment was way too simplified, but the bottom line is I am suffering from extreme exhaustion. It makes it very difficult to keep up. Some of the posts I receive are very difficult to sort out what to do. They come from all directions and it is easy to lose material, but increasingly the issue has been most people just post about their Weim. And anyone who is a member of the group can do that. Then they control what goes up and how it displays.
We have always loved your posts and appreciate the information and fun contained within… but totally understand the worked involved in compiling them. And there are seasons when cutting back and change are necessary. You need to do what you need to do and it’s okay. We will look forward to all your future posts whenever they are.💕
I rarely look at the Owyheestar blog posts on Facebook because I read them in my email. Half of the people I know are not on Facebook—and some who are, only open up Facebook once a year! I dislike Facebook more and more. I like Instagram much better. Be kind to yourself Shela. Put yourself first! If not a daily blog post—any time one pops up in email will be a treat!
