Susse

This beautiful, silly girl is Susse. She is 12 years old and came to us from Owyheestar. I decided to give her a bath yesterday and you can tell by her expression and the condition of the bathroom that we had a wild time. After her bath, she had to do her zoomies. She finally settled down to dry off in the sun.

Susse’s “step-sister” passed away 1 and 1/2 years ago at age 16. Since then Susse has really missed having another Weim in the family, as have my husband and I. They did everything together!

On a happy note, we are on the waiting list to get another awesome Owyheestar pup!!! We want Susse to enjoy having another dog to do things with while she still can, she is still so playful even at 12 years old! Thank you Owyheestar for adding so much joy to our lives!

Best wishes, Cheryl and Bob

We look forward to placing another Weimar sister with you before too long. Thank you for the lovely news about her life. We are dreadfully sorry to learn that her step-sister passed. No matter how long they are with us, it is never long enough.

  1. I am very happy to know that some weims have a good long life. I could not live by myself anymore if Molly passed away . I want her to live as long as she can. Thank you for allowing me to adopt Molly in March of 2008. She is my lifelong friend, nurse, n companion. She goes every ware with me. Molly loves to be the star when we take pictures. I am now 76 years but, She loves to loves our cat alone. The cat loves to sneak up on Molly and try to tickle her. But Molly will walk away from her.

  2. Jim — I hope Molly reaches a very old age before she departs from your side. She cannot be replaced. We also never know how long these wonderful creatures will stay with us. Can you email me a couple of photos…..I would love to feature her on the blog.
