~ Shiny and Julia in Colorado Snow

As you know, Shiny gets a minimum of 1 hour of “Mommy Time” per day, & now that the snow is here in the Rockies, our various hikes are looking (and feeling) totally new! One thing I have noticed is that Shiny definitely gets more excited about the forest hikes over the high desert hikes. I wonder if that is because the breed was developed in the forests of Germany?

The first pic is of Shiny reviewing the numbers – as Chief Negotiator of Treat Distribution, he is not pleased with the direction the trend has taken. 😂
