~Of the OwyheeStar Kind
Yesterday when we were paddle boarding we stoped along the river at rouge brewery to have lunch. While we were there a family stopped me to talk about the dogs (this happens all the time!) and it turns out that they also have two of your dogs! They live in(or near) Jackson hole & have two longhairs. They were very excited to see Luna because “she’s a legend ” ; Bill and I called her Luna the Legend the rest of the day 😂 We were with my son and his family and later (totally joking) Justin said to me “I wanted to tell that lady, ‘did you know she has actual kids too?!'”It’s amazing the people we meet because of the girls!

Click Here to read a previous story about Luna and SUP experience. Poor Tikka must live in Luna’s shadow. (Haha) Don’t fret Tikka–you are fabulous! Oh — Nancy, that family is no longer on Facebook. So, we rarely touch base back and forth. Thanks for mentioning them to us.

The first time we met Holly of Goldee-Maverick fame, Maizie was with us at the store where Holly was working. Weim talk began…and we learned she was Goldee’s mother!!! We knew Goldee from the Owyheestar blog! I always loved Goldee’s Sweet face! Our Weim’s bring their families together!💕🐾
Isn’t it the truth. The connections made withstand vastly different lifestyles and outlooks. The Weimaraner knits us together. There is no easy way to explain this to someone looking in from the outside. Cliff and I are indeed blessed by you, Holly, and others who are equally mesmerized by the Weimaraner–traditional or the Longhair. Thanks dear lady.
