2017 16th Saturday Recap
Greetings From Far Eastern Oregon
~ Double Rainbow
Spring weather by nature is fickle. Thursday Baker City and the surrounding area didn’t celebrate what they hope is the last snow of the season. We saw a double rainbow out the window while we were eating dinner. It is always a welcome sight.
Most of you are probably aware that we had a fun week. The puppy swim made the Facebook as well as our blog. You can find the link below if you missed it. Cliff has been working at the pond with Juniper and also doing field training.
Spring birds are a thing too! Our Coturnix Quail Eggs arrived–about 250 eggs. Not a single egg was broken. We order 210, but they sent extra eggs. It will be fun to see how many hatch–we expect them to begin to appear in about 18 days after they were placed in the incubator. We also have a 100 Bob Quail Eggs en route. We hope they arrive today. The Bob-Whites require 21 days to hatch.
This Week on the Blog
Here are the week’s posts if you wish you may review or visit them today! I welcome updates from any of our OwyheeStar clients. Thank you!
I think this was a particularly fun week on the blog. I hope you enjoyed it too! We also included news about availability and flea treatment. Maybe this was useful information–we hope.

On a very personal note
Cliff has the utility sink backsplash up. We still have some work to do around the area, but it is on the wall. He has been otherwise engaged around the far and with training.
My health continues to improve. It is a slow road back to where I was before this lung situation happened. I don’t know if I can get back to the same level, but I am in hope. Christina is off for a few days. She is making a trip to LA with her friends. We hope her save travel and look forward to her return.
Thank you, everyone, who has prayed, written notes of encouragement and support. I feel your love.
