We made it through the first 24 hours. I’ve decided that getting a weim is like finding out your pregnant/just bought the first house/bought a car…total euphoria and then exhaustion and a questioning of sanity and capabilities. Hahahaha! It’s all good, the world is far more manageable for everyone after sleep.
Our foster Gus.
And There are Three
Winchester has tried playing but mostly barks–and grumbles. Opus chimes in and the puppy gets a little concerned-whines a bit and just watches them talk. Kenneling is fine, he gets vocal for a few min but goes back down. I took him out twice in the night with success. Actually (eek!) no accidents yet! He hates the bell at the door, sorry bud, that’s how we learn to go potty.
The one shocking thing is I haven’t let him on our bed. I want the two big boyz to know they still have their place so I’m waiting for a while on that.
Love you guys–talk to you soon~M
Thank you, Melinda. Now, everyone else, click here to check out what Mom did to Opus’s eyebrows.
