This Week at OwyheeStar
Our heart is warmed as spring blooms in its fullness; the last two days have meant Oregon-weather as if we were western Oregon. Yes, that means rain. Eastern Oregon (where we are located) finds rain drops sparse, except the occasional rain-dance experience. Those toad-strangling moments leave us in appreciate of the norm. Everyone loves water, and even occasional rain; however, we do love our sunshine a bit more.
Cliff is gone to the Versatile Hunting Dog Federation (VHDF) hunt test this morning. Sadly, we needed to miss the birthday party, and BBQ last evening. We are a bit stretched, and with so much going on today, it did not seem wise. I didn’t get the usual photo of Cliff leaving; maybe you can imagine it in your mind–or call it up from your archives. He is running Emma today. She is a young blue girl, and she has the ability to do well; anything could happen.

On a very personal note……
Cliff and I have been down with the flu-bug this week. Neither of us needed that! We are on the mend, but still affected by the ravages of the nasty encounter. I am still working with various medical professionals. The lymphedema is better; you might night even notice my left arm is slightly larger. It is important to win the battle, because flareups happen. I feel my health returning; we thank you for your love, support, and prayers.
Thank you for your love and support. Keep the puppy updates coming–as I said above, I am running low on material. I need them for inspiration, and they brighten our day. Yes, and allow us to have something to share.
