Ringing in the New Year
It is an exciting time. There are resolutions to make; some will be broken before January ends. Personally, I am only making the kind I know will stand. I suppose that could be considered lame, but Dusty seems to like my plan.
Cliff and I plan to eat healthier, and make better choices most of the time. That doesn’t mean we will not eat fries, and a burger. To say we would only eat what we should would be setting us up for failure.
other things. the Nonetheless, day.
We count our blessings. The list is very long. It includes, but is not limited to our family, friends, and OwyheeStar Clients. We are honored to have many special relationships. Some of you reading this post have been a part of our lives for several years. We have shared countless emails, and quite possibly share the love of the Weimaraner. There is no explanation needed to those of us that share the addiction.
We might get covered in snow (or mud), but our addiction (and devotion) to the Weimaraner is the cord that ties us together. During our battle with cancer (or more aptly Shela’s diagnosis, as well as her ensuing treatment), this community has reached out to us in ways we never expected. Thank you again for the cards, the prayers, and the gifts. Each of these gestures is special, and cherished. It is our hope that 2015 is kind to you–as well as to us. We look forward to the updates, and news you send our direction.
