Featured Weimaraner — True
I promised an update on True. Here are a couple great pictures. One is sitting in front of my daughter Bethany & her Vizsla Zugo at our house. (True ADORES Bethany & Zugo!), and the other photo is just a great picture of her.
One of my favorites. She is such a loving sweetheart. No sweeter dog than her. We love her immensely!! She is such a mama dog, too. Puts up with Ruca in every way, and actually mothers her at times. (Which is good for Ru.) Ruca adores her also. She fits into our family very nicely. She doesn’t sleep with us, however, which is a rarity for a weim not to sleep or at least want to sleep on a bed. Instead, she sleeps on our couch every night and guards our house. Sometimes we hear her getting up in the middle of the night and checking everything out to make sure all is safe. So cute. She is very protective! (Must be the mama instinct in her.) She loves our walks, and is quite the hunter. We love her very much. She is doing great.
Breeder’s Note: When MaryAnn lost her beloved Kona, we knew that True would fill a place within her heart and family. In our way of thinking, it is better than True live out her golden years in the lap of luxury. Every joy and expense are hers –what more could we ask? It is better than being one of many, even though there are quite a few at her current home.
True fell for MaryAnn and they have been together ever since then. Thank you MaryAnn for making her a part of your family.

She is a wonderful girl! I always want to know how a Viszla and a Weimaraner would look together on a photo – Now I know it: stunningly beautiful! Thanks :o)
Yes, True also has Ruca (a Weimar sister), and Silas (a Weimar brother). There is also Yogi — a Golden in this family of dog lovers. Then, MaryAnn’s best friend Ann has two OwyheeStar Weims — Bennett and Grayson. What a happy family they have……….and don’t forget the cat–Growler.
How great! 3 Weims in the family – how cool! But I’m afraid my staff wouldn’t survive this :o)
Three Weims, and a Golden. Whew — extreme dog-loving family. Most people would have a hard time with so many Weims under a single roof.
